Oh, my gosh!

I was just looking at the recipes I've posted. For the "Roasted Garlic" recipe, I failed to mention that once the roasted garlic is in a ziplock bag, FREEZE IT! Otherwise, it can grow the bacteria that causes botulism. I didn't mean to kill anybody...Please forgive this "Bonehead Blunder". So far, I think I'm the winner in the Bonehead Blunder contest. Are you too ashamed of your blunders to post them? I hope not, as I do not want to win this award every week.
