Bargain Alley

I'm a bargain shopper. No, make that a bargain hunter. Perhaps a bargain Ninja. So, one of my favorite stores for kitchen supplies is "Tuesday Morning". If you have one nearby, you must go there immediately. Today, I found this "Miracle peeler", for about 5 bucks. Now, I'm a skeptic when it comes to kitchen gadgets. Of course, I must buy them all to prove to myself how very useless and irritating they are. Today, I discovered a masterpiece of a peeler. I am always on the lookout for tools that will prevent me from slicing my flesh so deeply that I require surgical intervention for a functioning limb. This baby, as advertised on T.V. for $19.95, fits the bill. Not only did I only slice my index finger superficially, I didn't even bleed into the garlic mashed potatoes. That's a monumental achievement. And, the peeling of the potatoes was EASY! Check it out.
There's more: La Crueset...I adore this enameled cast iron. I want every one of their pots, pans, skillets, etc. I am, however, limited to a few  pieces in their collection. Darn the IRS, Sam's, Costco, Colorado Springs Utilities, the mortgage banker, and gosh darn it, even my own 2nd kid, K, wanting to go to an Ivy league school. Rant over. Here's the great deal: 4 1/2 quart La Crueset dutch oven $119.00 @ Tuesday Morning. Regular price? $300.00. Race out and buy yourself  one right now. You won't be sorry. And, you will thank me, and praise me, as the bargain Guru that lead to your enlightened state. No thanks necessary. Just use your new pot.
