Bargain Beef



For all of you that have a "Sunflower Market" in your town, they have a great deal on beef roasts this week. Top round, rump, and boneless chuck are buy one get one free. Might be a good time to pick up a top round and make the "slow roasted top round" recipe. I'm planning on a pot roast, (not your Grandma's), later on in the week. Stay tuned.
